Another about 1999 chrysler 300m tire wobble?

How does one tell which tie-rod (inner, outer)is bad? or if the hub is bad? i know if the wheel moves left to right it tie-rods, and if it move up and down ball joints. what visual...

I have a 2001 chrysler 300m and i wanted to know how do u make it go over 30 it says in the manual to press?

U have to press the on button then it will go and press accelerate if i really wanna go even faster but i tried that can sumone help me on tellin me what im doin wrong its cruise...
