I take it that you do not wanna do a repair on the engine for the oil seal that has gone bad in your motor. so you can try a product called lucas oil additive found at most auto part stores like auto zone. change the oil, add 1 quart of the lucas and fill the rest of the engine with a 20-50 weight oil. with the oil being so heavy, it shouldnt leak down into the exhaust and it may reduce your smoke enogh to pass your emmission test.nice luck
