95 ford econoline stall out when accelerate, what could it be?

Van is difficult to start. idles fine, but when you push on the gas pedal, it bogs out and stalls. not enough power to drive. what could it be?

Fuel filter plugged. not fuel pressure. plugged exhaust system. air filter blocked.
