We are leasing a vehicle from ford and a man ran into us so his insurance company is fixing our vehicle. do we
Need to tell ford about it before the work is done? how does that work when you are leasing?

I would assume that the paperwork from the insurance company and the body shop will eventually get back to ford. they own the vehicle and i think it is
the law that they are
notified by the insurance company handling the claim.
i would call your insurance agent and ask him what to do even though they are
not paying to fix your car they need to be involved and informed.
