Lincoln zepher, mercury milan, ford 500?
Are these all the same cars with different options? they look the same and are from the ford car family - is there any real reason to buy the lincoln zepher over the mercury milan?

No the milan and the zephyr(mkz now) are the ford fusion.

they all have disticnt features..i prefer the mkz there real good
. its just your preference..they each have different style..different look..different features.
there all wonderfull cars though. now available as an awd
