2004 6.0 ford desiel does have a problem with the injectors. the sensor that goes bad is poorly located and
hard to get to. the newer models have the same sensor positioned somewhere else. however, ford has come out with a fix for this problem. i suggest you take your truck to a different ford dealership, explain the problem and request a ford engineer look at the problem.
