Ford

Ok, i am currently 19 years old, and saving up my money from working to possibly buy myself a ford expedition probably between a 1999 and a 2001. i will probalbly get it between february and april of 2008. i plan on paying cash for my first vehicle. my first $ 2,000 saved will be going towards tax, title, license, registration, and paying for my down payment on my auto insurance. once i have $ 2,000 the rest of the money that i will be saving will go towards the purchase of my vehicle. once i save up around $ 10,000 in addition to the $ 2,000 i will then go out and look for a vehicle. so basically $ 2,000 plus $ 10,000 equal $ 12,000 with $ 2,000 going towards tax, title, license, registration, and down payment on insurance, and $ 10,000 going towards the purchase of the vehicle. is a ford expedition a nice first vehicle, also is my financial plan for acquiring my vehicle a nice once? any advice you give me will be helpful. thanks

It is better to buy a 4 door, 4 cyl car. put some nice wheels on it, window tint and a nice music system if u want.nice for ur pocket(saves gas, saves on insurance, nice for getting around)..rest is on you. your money, u can spend it the way u want.
