What else can i try? my new ford racing 347 stroker has 4 dead cylinders. details- - engine runs but cylinder 2 and 4 on drivers side and 2 and 3 on passenger side are dead - timing is dead on - all 8 cylinders are receiving spark - all 8 cylinders are receiving fuel i have replaced spark plugs, wires, carb, jets in carb (thought it might not be getting enough fuel), dist, cleaned out intake (to be sure they didnt leave anything in there before they shipped it).. im stumped.. any help would be much appreciated thanks

Possibly have your plug wires on the wrong cylinders. try a compression test also. possibly a timing problem with the cam, causing valves to be open/shut at the wrong times
