Do you own a ford expedition, and has this happened to you?
I recently discovered a website that had stories and complaints from people who owned ford expeditions and lincoln navigators that would catch fire in their driveways and in garages. some of them said their entire homes were burned to the ground because of these vehicles, and ford would not help them. this concerns me, as i have a 2001 ford expedition eddie bauer edition. has anyone here had this problem or know somebody who has had this happen to them.

There is a recall for this problem, i have a 2000 expedition and found the recall notice on the web. the problem is a 15 minute fix at your dealer, it has to do with your cruise control and basically the dealer puts a smaller fuse in the cruise control so it will blow out quicker if you have the problem your talking about.
