I have a random overheating on my van, i have changed the thermostat 4 times, flushed the radiator and block, checked the fan clutch and it stills overheats randomly. no special ocasion but once in a while it overheats. what could be causing this? 97 ford econoline 350 v10... radiator cap is ok hoses ok water pump ok belts ok coolant ok thermostat ok...new from factory heat indicator is not false and it does not loose coolant untill hot.

Have it pressure tested and check the radiator hoses they may be collapsing when it needs water the most , and make sure there is plenty of water in the reservoir and check for leaks, hope this helps
