It depends on what year your asking about but the only problems i have seen have been transmission in the 4x4 they seem to have problems at about 75,000 to 80,000 miles and they have a few electrical problems but mostly those are very
minor if you are buy used look for 2003 and up older then that they had more problems...also i would wait on the hybrid for a couple of years a lot of new technology in those vehicles let them work the bugs out first...
