not easy. first, you need to jack up the car and get underneath it, find out where the wire enters the firewall, then yank it and strip off the outer parts of the wire with...you know, wire strippers or shears. then simply take a pair of pliers and grab onto the metal wire and pull. the hood (bonnet) should pop, and open as normal. but, save yourself the trouble, go to a mechanic and have him do it instead. this is seriously absolutely zero fun.
