Fiat

I havent got a clue what the name of this part is. its a 1.7 1996 or 97 diesel fiat punto. noticed the water always needed refilling. someone has tried to fix the leak before but the stuff they used just crumbled away. it looks like the rubber pipe has copper pipe between it and the engine, is it a matter of tighteing the nut or replacing something?? maybe a jubilee clip to tighten the pipe around the copper??blokey thanks

Sounds like you need to take you car to a welding shop, unless you weld at home . show them the problem and they can probably put a bede around the pipe and your on your way.
