On a 92 dodge colt when its damp out it wont start i have replaced dist cap wires the fuel sensors wont engage

When you turn the key on the the throttle valves wont open no power to fuel injector system when itsdry out and you turn the key on you can hear the fuel injector system come on and it starts. the check engine light comes on once in a while to

If you want to isolate the problem, wait until it is dry out and the car starts. first, check all the sensor relay connections for any kind of vi sable corrosion. repair those first. then get yourself a spray bottle full of tap water. spray water on one relay/sensor at a time. spray one, then try and start the car. if it starts, dry that one off, then spray another. you will know when you get to the relay, sensor or connector that is bad.
