92 dodge cummins turbo silencer?
On a 92 dodge d250 5.9l turbo diesel is there a way i can make the turbo louder i like that high pitch noise of a diesel turbo

Yes, you can take out the plastic ring (silencer) in the turbo which will increase the whistle noise. just be careful when removing it to not get any plastic shavings or pieces into the turbo.also, by adding a cai system like afe will increase the whistle sound.*love my turbo whistle on my ctd!!
