My 92 dodge stealth r/t completely shuts off etime i stop at a light. anybody know the problem?

Everytime i turn it on a rattling noise comes on for about 3 seconds and turns off. and when i stop at lights, stop signs etc.. my car completely shuts off..can anybody help me out?

The problem is that it shuts off etime you stop at a light.you probably want the solution.
