Dodge

I have a 1991 dodge stealth same as a mitsubishi 3000gt.. i was driving down the freeway when my eci fuse blew. i put a 30 fuse in and it started up and drove for 1 mile and blew the fuse again. no it keeps blowing fuses and my car wont start. wires look fine from what i can see. is this the fuel pump going/gone?..need some help thanks
