2000 dodge caravan tried to instal new radio but no power so tried to reinstall old one and still nothing.help

You probably blew the fuse which would be possibly if the ground (black wire) and the positive(red wire) touched together. so id say look in the cars guide and find the radio fuse, pull it out and if the metal wire inside it broken you need a new fuse
