Dodge caravan rear wiper wont turn off?
I have a 1998 dodge grand caravan. the rear wiper runs sporadically when turned off! the on works for intermittent as well as full time. what could be the problem?

Dodge caravans around that year seem to have trouble running in the cold, so if you live in a cold climate like i do, then that could be the issue. take it to a shop, or turn off the van, and start it back up with the switch in the off position. if it still does not stop then it could be a crossed wire, or wiring issue.
