Dodge

I have got a 2001 ram 1500 and the front end is starting to "get loose" as i have heard is common on these trucks. have some new clunks and squeaks and a slight pulll to the left. any dodge owners/mechanics able to tell me what typically needs replacement? also, has dodge acknowledged this problem and are they fixing any trucks? thanks.
