We have a citroen berlingo van 1998, the heating does not work it just blows out cold air, any serious suggestions? thanks

You have an air lock in the heater matrix.some citroens have a bleed screw incorporated in the system which requires to be opened up to allow any air trapped to escape.also check that the flap which opens up to allow hot air through is functioning.
