Do citroen c1 have to pay the congestion charge in london?
Anyone told me i dont have to because of the type of engine. is this true?

If it has
a regular petrol engine then you will have to pay. some time in the future it may be free if they introduce graduated charges based on co2 emissions, but right now you must pay.
