Citroen xsara picasso how efficient is this car? what common problems occur?
I am looking to purchase a decent car but not sure about the common history of problems within this type of car.

I had a citroen xsara mk2 which is the same as the picasso underneath. on the 1.4 8v it was very economical, returning around 50mpg but one thing to look out for with it being french is the electrics. also bounce each corner of the car to listen for any noised from the suspension, also when driving it in stop start driving one the clutch has heated up ensure that the car does not shudder when pulling away (when clutch is on bite), else you may have a dodgy clutch.
