New injector fitted car gone into eco mode and will not start turnes over ok no faults show up on diagnostic machine any ideas

Spray a little carb and choke cleaner down the throttle body while cranking. does it start with c&c cleaner? if so you know it is fuel prob. if not it is probably spark
