Getting into car sales....best way to learn product?
I am accepting a job at a dealership of chrysler, dodge, jeep vehicles. i know next to nothing about cars..other than they have all been one of those 3 brands!my first weeks will be learning product..what is the best & quickest way? what kinds of things will i need to know inside & out? (features, options, etc...what about engines??)i hope i am doing the right thing.. they seem to want me!

Take a ride in all the cars you will be selling. then look nice, be sincere and eliminate the bullshitting. you are being hired as a sales person not a technician. people buy from people they feel that they can trust and if you get referrals your employer will surely notice it. leave the technical stuff in the books and brochures. thats what it is there for.
