I think it will balance out. but the worst scenario would be this: all the foreign countries that are currently storing all the dollars wa is cranking out fast as you begin to gradually dump them. they wont do it suddenly very gradually they would trade the dollars into euros or just start buying euros only. that combined with the lack of actual bloke ufacturing in this country is a bad combination ideed.
