asking this because you realize that the projected beam of the stock headlamps is much like having five mini maglites taped to your front bumper apron and you are
always driving with your fog lamps on, just to see where you are
going . . . i
have a 95 cirrus and had that problem long ago. actually there was a tsb on the headlight assemblies which replaced the units at no charge if done within the 3 year 36 month bumper to bumper warranty period. they are
excellent units and i recommend that you check with your local dealer for more info.
