How do i increase the road clearance for the tow hitch on a 1999 chrysler concorde?
The concorde is a low car to start with. the unloaded hitch bar is only about 6 inches clear of the ground. can the rear struts or something else be ad
ed to raise the rear end a little for towing? i have a load to tow that is within the rated towing capacity of the vehicle, but brings the hitch awful close to the ground.
Answer
Air shocks like sky jackers...air bag suspension will also work...you can also put a smaller diameter tire on the frnt...this will raise the back....for the money ,i,d go with the aable air shock...it has a spot so you can put air into it like a tire...
