97 chrysler concorde lx wont crank when cold outside?

We recently changed the spark plugs in our concorde and it ran for a few days until this morning it wouldnt crank, it was below freezing out side. when we would turn the key it sounded as if it wanted to crank, but wouldnt fire. the day before when we cranked it, it sounded like it was struggling to stay on and when i left the house it wanted to turn off but once it was completely warmed up it ran fine. i need to know some ideas as to what it could be. the battery was bought in may of 07.
Answer
Is your battery new? usually old batteries have a hard time starting in cold weather... but if your battery is new, your fuel filter must be clogged up... try replacing it. if your fuel filter is nice ... your last shot will be your fuel pump... its located inside your gas tank... probably it is not pumping enough gas into the engine.
