My 2006 dodge durango, 18,135 miles needed transmission work. chrysler/ dodge customer service were so mean!!
Has somebody else had this problem with them? what can we do as consumers to improve their customer service, apart from buying foreign?

what is
it doing? we rarely have issues with the dakota/durango/1500 trans at work. once in a while maybe a solenoid or some funky delayed engagement that was filter based, but those filters are all but gone now. either deal with the dealerships general man
ager or go to another dealership if possible.
remember that we dont get paid unless we fix the problem...so we want to help fix it!!
