What will cause a loud roaring sound while driving my 2003 chevrolet cavalier?

I have a 2003 chevrolet cavalier 5-speed standard transmission with 23000 miles on it,it sounds like i am driving on a flat tire at any speed

You could have a brake rotor problem.if you had your brakes hot the rotor can warp and scrub your brakes causing a roaring problem
