New rotors, pads, wheel bearing, tires, rims balance, i still have shimmy in steering wheel of 1988 bmw 325i?

After having replaced front rotors, pads, wheel bearing, tires, rims and then rebalance the new tires i still have shimmy in steering wheel of 1988 bmw 325i only between 45mph to 70mph.
Answer
Have the front tires rebalanced only because it only happens in that speed range.
