Using the keyless remote, we locked the doors this afternoon after exiting the car, and the windows were lowered a few inches each. is this normal?

, this is a dealer programmed option. go to the dealer and ask them for a list of options they can program on your car. when i bought my car they gave me a sheet that listed all the things i have have programmed on my car such as dtrl on/off, one push unlock all doors or
drivers door, auto door lock after reaching a certain speed, etc..
