I got a 99 bmw e36 m3 and the other day i turned my key in the door lock and all the windows rolled up along with the moon roof. ever since then i have not been able to do it again. does anybody know the proper way to activate this feature?

With the key in the drivers outside door lock, turn the key 1/4 of a turn in the lock position and hold it there, the vehicle will lock, then if any of the windows are down they will begin to roll up, takes about 10-15 seconds to complete the process. you can also do it in the opposite order, car locked, trun key to the left and hold, car will unlock, then windows will roll down, if he key is released during the process the windows will stop. hopes this helps
