Minor issue im wondering about, dont think its a problem but if you know anything let me know. up until recently whenever i would turn on the car the temperature would automatically light up on the gauge near the odometer and now there is lines there, no temperature reads and the same with the radio. before there was the station that was playing constantly lit up on the panel, now it shows the station when i put it on then it goes off and the lines are up there. did i hit something? how can i fix that?

Sounds like your clock is not set. set your clock and recheck. your clock will display in the cluster and the radio. when not set it displays lines.
