Visual differences and component differences (ie: wheels)

There were various combinations of optional equipment from the 2000 model and later bmw five series: there were two six cylinder cars, the 525i and the 530i, plus a 4.4 litre v-8 identified as a 545i. there were two six speed transmissions available in the 6 cylinder cars: the steptronic and the smg (sequential manual gearbox). all three five series cars had sport suspension and active roll stabilization. all three cars had heads up displays, active cruise control, and an on board navigation system. all three cars had optional wheel sizes. the two six cylinder cars had adaptive xenon headlight control. all three cars had optional front and rear park distance control, plus shadowline exterior trim, and various interior power seat controls.
