BMW

Hey, im about to buy this bmw 3 series, it is 12 years old and has 100.000 on the clock, it is had 2 owners form new and is in superb condition. buy looking at it you can see it is been kept in a garage over night. my question is how much fuel will it drink, in no nice with mpg and stuff like that so i kinda wanna know roughly how many miles will i get from £40 fuel. i had a suzuki jeep last and it drank like a bitch, i think it was ruined anway. also it is only £1400 is this a nice deal for the condition ? it is got a full bmw service stamp history and the engine and underneath looks great. . . any more general advice ... any of you own one in th uk this age ?

Im not nice with pounds but i would say that it sounds like a nice deal. its about a 95 3 series so it might have a 4 cylinder. it should be better than what you had but its not going to be up there with the hybrids. i am not sure but im totally guessing out of nowhere but you could get over 300 miles i think..im sorry im too tired to do the math and figure it out but thats a rough estimate.hope that helps
