I hear a knocking noise that sounds like it is coming from front passenger side wheel on a 1998 audi a4 quattro

I have a 1998 audi a4 quattro. when driving the car i hear a knocking noise coming from my front passenger side wheel. i only hear this noise when i am cruising, when i am not accelerating or braking. when i accelerate or brake, the noise goes away and sometimes it also goes away when i make a turn. what could this be?

Sounds like struts loose, calliper mount bolts loose. could be "rack-n-pinion" end on that warn. strut is most likely!
