Were to get a loan with bad credit?

I need to get a loan for about 6000 i have a low crdt score under 600 and 2 medical collections..does someone one know were i cab get such loan quick..i dont have a co co signer and i need the loan to pay the remaining balalnce on a car loan cuz im upside down on that loan.
