Can i trade in unpaid car but choose the bank to finance with?

I have a 2003 mitsubishi eclipse gs with 40k miles. i really want to trade it in for an suv but i would finance it with my bank than whatever the dealership has. im still paying on my current car. how can i get this done?

Pre-arrange financing with your bank and then you can shop at whatever dealer you wish and not have to use their financing.
