Why does my car stick in park gear??? 95 saturn sl2?
The dealership fixed a couple years back, but it did not take long for it to start doing it again. i been leaving my car in n because of this. its an auto tranny... park gear is sticking.....why?

There is
probably a solenoid lock that is failing, or the switch that controls it. on newer cars, you have to have the key on, then press the brake to shift out of park.
something in that system is failing, could be as simple as the brake switch, or the solenoid by the shift lever.
