Car Paint

I have a 66 4dr lincoln continental with some surface rust. i want to get it paint with 2-3 base coats and 4-5 clear coats. let me know who does the best body work and paint work in the northern virigina, maryland and washington, dc. arealet me know what kinda of car you have and how much did they charge you for paint. if possible, email me with pics of your car and let me know how much they charged for the work.also if possible, a place to get some new leather interior aswell. thanks!!
