How to touch-up the paint on a car?
Hi! my wife scratched the bumper of our white toyota corolla while getting out of our garage. i was wondering if i buy the paint to the dealer and spray paint it myself, will the color blend to the old paint making the touch-up not noticeable? or is there other steps that i have to do to blend the new paint with the original paint?thanks!

The truth is that the scratch will still show if you try to spray the bumper without professional preparation. you would have to spray the entire bumper but first prepare it for repaint. try to find a local body shop and have them give you an estimate. it might be less than you think. besides if you do it your self you will risk getting over-spray on ething and getting dust, dirt, bugs on it and you may wind up with the orange peel look which you will hate.
