Car Insurance

New laws in ca????? help , can anybody tell me about this new laws in cal about you have have to have car insurance?, i thought that that was already a law? was it?? and if you regiester a car in ca. you must have car insurance or your brecking the law ? true or false ?????

It was already a law and yes you must have proof of insurance or else you will get a hefty fine and maybe your car will be impounded.
