It depends on the company, but if they use standard iso (insurance services office) rules & forms, the rate becomes the "all other" rate when a male turns 30 if single, 25 if married. "all other" rate is the rate people pay from age 30-50 when the rates go down again. the last time i rented a car, you had to be at least 25 to rent. i hope this helps.
