Why some car rental companies require air roundtrip tickets in order to rent you a luxury car?
They also require this to accept your debit check card

The last time i rented a car this past spring.
not even a luxury car, i was required to show proof of my return home flight as i was using a debit/check card rather than a credit card. they basically want some sort of proof to show that you will be returning the car.
