Lease and hire companies have to dispose of the cars once they reach a certain age or mileage..im trying to find out if i can buy one direct from them, say national car rental or enterprise at discount instead of going through auctions or dealers etc. do they have to sell in bulk to dealers or can they sell them direct to the public? is there someone that can get them cheap? thanks
