Can a company fit tracking device to a car that the employee has taken ownership of by signing lease aggreemen
The company have used a car scheme were we signed the lease agreement and have now told us that they are going to put gps tracking in them we have also found out if the company go bust we are responsible for the payments on the car so we think technically the vehicle is our own so they shouldnt be able to track it they are saying its to make us more productive and give customers better service its not bothered them for the last 30 yrs only now when we have signed the lease agreement
