You could check with all the websites like expedia, orbitz, priceline, etc. you could also check with enterprise, hertz, budget, etc. i know hertz usually has coupons on their website. most of them will offer promotional rates at different times of the year. but i would check with all the different site to get the lowest price. i believe avis is usually the least expensive, hertz is usually a little more expensive.
