Hi,i am planning to get a gps system for my car.my question is that is there any monthly yearly subscription needed for using gps ?or just a one time buy of the instrument would dohow much does a typical gps system cost and what is the lowest one

It depends on how nice it is. you should probably go for the $100-$200 dollar ones. those are the best for the buck. all you need is a 1 time buy if you pick the right gps.
